Are you resourceful, creative, performance-oriented and a researcher at heart? If so, this position will be the ideal situation for you. We'd love to have you as part of the Southeast Regional Recruiting Team. Responsibilities: • Generating a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels (Smashfly, AIRS, job boards, social networking, referrals, etc). • Partner with recruiters to develop and implement tactical sourcing strategies for entrepreneurial position. • Screen prospective candidates. • Sourcing and selecting candidates and entering them into the Taleo tracking system with the highest level of accuracy and integrity. • Ability to change directions quickly and to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Responsible for adding and maintaining Taleo database. Preferred Experience: • Previous hands-on candidate sourcing experience. • Proficient with web-based recruiting applications and tools including social media recruitment resources, Linkedln and others. • Understanding of delivering relevant high-quality candidate flows that led to actual appointments. • Insurance and/or Financial Services sourcing experience a plus! • Poised and professional, with upbeat delivery. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook.
