"Job: Commercial / Investment Analyst in Austin, TX vrecruiting is partnering with an investment firm in Austin, Texas who is looking for an experienced Commercial - Investment Analyst / Assistant Project Manager to work with their growing practice.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start or continue a public investment career with an entrepreneurial firm. Responsibilities   ×         Perform financial modeling and analysis for debt and equity investment projects ×         Analysis or RFP documentation ×         Assist in structuring development and investment agreements ×         Prepare presentations of projects ×         Provide data, market and project research and analysis ×         Support project management ×         Support project due diligence ×         May involve some travel   Qualifications   ×         Prefer 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the utility industry or PPP projects. ×         Some understanding of utility market and regulations throughout North-America required ×         Financial modeling and analysis experience required with the ability to understand technical and project development issues preferred ×         Bachelor’s degree preferred ×         Outstanding analytical skills ×         Experience specifically in utility infrastructure investment (transmission and/or  generation) and Project ×         Finance preferred   vrecruiting is a national search and staffing firm offering customized solutions to our clients and professional representation of our candidates.
