"We are now seeking candidates for a Senior Director role, specialising in Quantitative research. With 12+ years of experience in Quant research, you should have spent all or most of your career on the agency side with (ideally) some experience of working in the Middle East. This role will focus on revenue generation for your designated accounts and ensuring your team reach their allocated financial targets. You will work with major client accounts, primarily in the FMCG/telecommunications space, so experience in these industries is required. In addition to the strong experience in business development required for this role, we are also looking for candidates who have broad exposure to a variety of Quantitative techniques and who are excellent at leading and mentoring a team. You will lead a sizeable team of around 15+ people, so previous management experience is essential. The salary offered is competitive with a comprehensive benefits package.
