View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/o97639 Job Description: Responsibilities:  Prepare comprehensive financial analysis for prospective acquisition and development investment opportunities using proprietary Excel models  Prepare performance reports on a quarterly basis at the property and fund level.  Conduct market research for investment opportunities, as well as 3rd party management and consulting engagements  Prepare detailed investment memoranda and RFP response packages  Assist in the due diligence and closing process Qualifications:  Strong quantitative background and understanding of financial analysis concepts (DCF, IRR, etc,)  Intermediate-Advanced Excel modeling skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines  Outstanding academic credentials (an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate is preferred)."
