As an Associate, your responsibilities will include: -Industry, market sector and company research and analysis -Preparing company presentations and other client materials -Developing financial and valuation models -Contacting prospective buyers and investors -Conducting due diligence for the firm’s clients -Managing transactions (M&A, valuations, private placements) -Marketing to prospective clients Qualifications -One to three years of relevant experience (product development, engineering, investment banking, accounting, finance, consulting) -A record of academic excellence -Proven leadership ability -Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of technology, finance, accounting, economics and market research -Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment -Strong client focus and relationship management skills -Creative thinking with good business acumen -Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal -Resourcefulness, energy, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment -MBA or advanced degree from a top school strongly preferred"
