View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/p8jrv6 Job Description: Responsibilities: • Participating in client meetings and interacting with clients to gather data • Building financial models and performing financial and valuation analysis • Conducting research and writing narrative reports to support valuation analyses • Assisting with managing appraisal resources and administration • Assessing operational profitability and financial condition • Developing and reviewing cash flow forecasts • Navigating public company and private transaction databases and filings • Documenting work product in an organized manner • Preparing exhibits to illustrate complex issues • Ensuring quality control over work product • Assisting team members in project preparation and delivery Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounting or related study • 1-3+ years experience in a valuation firm (not an investment banking firm) performing valuations for estate and gift, family law, or mergers and acquisitions • Familiarity with physician compensation principles is desirable • Strong research, analytical and organizational skills • Superior writing and oral communications • Ability to disseminate large volumes of data • Familiarity with public company databases and filings • Excel mastery and strong computer skills • Basic understanding of business valuation principles including DCF, financial statement analysis, financial modeling and report writing • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment • The ability to travel, if required • Close attention to detail and ability to multitask"
