This position is a direct report to the BU HR Lead who takes direct accountability for the HR outcomes for the Virginia Region locations. This position will be accountable for talent management, performance management, compensation, engagement and HR solutions. The HR Manager will coordinate delivery of HR services with Global Shared Services and Center of Excellence (COE) partners. They will also play a critical role in assisting the BU HR Lead in providing day-to-day functional support, communications, and leadership with the VA Region HR team members. Principal Accountabilities: 35% - Lead and facilitate all people and services including the Employee Engagement Process, Community Involvement, Recruiting/Staffing, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Development and Retention and ensure appropriate resources are available 35% - Lead and develop the HR and Health Services Teams and provide visible and credible leadership around all key initiatives from these areas. Ensure compliance with Cargill policy for medical management and wellness initiatives 30% - Ensure compliance with Cargill HR policy, federal and state employment and labor law"
