View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/noUh4Y Job Description: Primary Job Responsibilities: Support the company's Corporate Development team on all aspects of minority investments and acquisitions - including initial business case and strategic rationale, modeling and due diligence, as well as other administrative workstreams Financial modeling of target company P&L and synergies, including target business/Company and the company's assumptions Cross-functional liaison – collaborate and work with various functional groups at PayPal to investigate and qualify opportunities Sourcing – ambitiously identify and surface new ideas from industry journals, conferences, VCs, business units and personal contacts Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college or university with a track record of strong academic performance, Master's Degree preferred Ideally, 2-3 years in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Investment Banking in addition to 1-2 years in Corporate Development or a related company role (Business Development, Product Marketing, Product management/development)"
