The associate will also interact with company management teams and play a role in the research due diligence process, such as attending conferences and interacting with industry sources. As associates develop industry expertise, they will have increasing interaction with our sales and institutional clients discussing research ideas and investment recommendations. Qualifications: The associate position is a demanding and fast-paced job that requires a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and the ability to think critically and creatively. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis; excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; and advanced computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel. Corporate finance experience such as research or investment banking experience is preferred but not required."
