View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qirN7i Job Description: Duties Include: • Provide support for specific job evaluations and projects. • MRR Review Project o Printing and organizing market review reports. • Assisting in the use/don’t use update process. • Survey Submissions • Downloading/organizing survey results and validating uploads completed accurately. • Archiving/Filing previous surveys results/submission material in anticipation of new results. • Geographic Differential Analysis • Downloading geographic differential surveys into a database. • Conducting the initial analysis on geographic differentials. • Provide support for research assignments, including comparator company or practice questions. • Provide basic analysis/reporting for market comparisons. • Support the research and creation of executive market data reports. • Updating and proofing executive market data sheets. Qualifications • Candidate must be pursuing BA/BS degree, or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources or related field • Previous experience working with numbers and doing analysis is a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access and other typical data base packages, and office software required to complete analyses. • Analytical skills, problem-solving. • Ability to multitask • Organizational skills and ability to work in teams / project based initiatives • Good partnering skills. • Internship will be full time throughout the Summer and part-time in the Fall"
