View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/qaCaan Job Description: Responsibilities: • Identifies and evaluates potential non-agency RMBS investments and drives to a recommendation • Performs detailed analysis to evaluate, manage and monitor risk of the portfolio • Design and develop mortgage valuation models • Conduct fundamental housing market and industry research Qualifications • Bachelors degree from top program with strong academic record – preference for science and engineering backgrounds • Exceptional analytical ability and quantitative skills • Ability to follow-through on all assignments, handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment • Ability to work successfully in both team and independent environments • Ability to perform various types of analysis and highlight and communicate the implications of the findings • Ability to take initiative, be flexible, organized and detailed oriented • Possess strong entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic • Experience with RMBS securities a plus (investing/trading/structuring/research) • Relevant software skills a plus (Intex, Bloomberg, 1010data, LoanPerformance)"
