Once the training process is completed, Jr. Traders will be responsible for trading equities, bonds, derivatives and structured products. Jr. Traders will also be responsible for daily position management and developing new trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent mathematical and analytical skills but will also be highly creative and articulate. Candidates are expected to be innovative and able to perform well in high pressure situations. We offer a very competitive salary as well as performance-based incentives.
