View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pUMKqM Job Description: Responsibilities: Create and maintain ‘flow-through’ fund models that integrate inputs from asset management, finance and investor reporting, and are used for quarterly asset management and investor reports Monitor individual investment performance and contribute to the development of effective performance measurement tools in cooperation with the firm’s Asset Management and Finance groups by creating and maintaining tables / outputs for quarterly reports Assist in the preparation of performance metrics for investor materials, including pitchbooks, Private Placement Memoranda, RFPs and Due diligence questionnaires. Assist investors with various requests, performance inquiries, and questions about specific investment performance Maintain investor reporting calendar and coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of investor reporting Participate in regular asset management meetings with senior GTIS management to discuss the status of various investments in the portfolio. Qualifications: 1-3 years of real estate, investment banking or portfolio monitoring/accounting experience Superior analytical and quantitative skills, experience with complex financial modeling and data work, proficiency in excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Keen attention to detail, and patience with exacting data and research work High energy, self-starting personality Creativity, thoroughness, and attention to detail are prerequisites, as is a proactive interpersonal style and the ability to function effectively in an intense, entrepreneurial, and growing investment organization Portuguese language a plus but not required"
