The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of valuation models for real estate companies, will meet regularly with management teams of listed companies and will be responsible for idea generation for our global portfolios. All new research associates must initially commit to a minimum of one year in the US office, located in the New York City metropolitan area, for training. The Hong Kong-based associate would transfer to the Hong Kong office upon completion of the mandatory training. Qualifications: College degree with a strong record of achievement Dynamic team player, self-starter, solid background in finance, intellectual curiosity, common sense and integrity. Foreign language knowledge an advantage. Asian language fluency a requirement for Hong Kong-based associate (Mandarin Chinese and/or Japanese preferred)."
