View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/nCe2Qr Job Description: Team Lead for leverage finance credit risk management within a global investment bank. Responsibilities: • Responsible for one or more activities including but not limited to : Infrastructure, Project Finance, Commodity Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Structured / Leveraged Finance portfolios for the Americas region • Review and analyze requests for extension of counterparty risk, based on the credit applications / analyses submitted by Relationship Managers, Deal Originators, and Bankers and recommend appropriate extension of credit on a deal by deal basis • Analyzing and presenting to Capital Commitment Committee for approval high profile, leveraged loan transactions • Management of a small team of senior coverage officers • Providing input on deal structure such as covenant levels, restricted payments, permitted liens, etc. • Monitoring high profile (leveraged, large exposure and/or agented names) in portfolios to ensure accurate and timely PD ratings, LGDs and high quality analysis • Performing portfolio management responsibilities such as setting and approving limits, conducting sector reviews and keeping senior management informed of material developments Requirements: • 10-15 years of corporate credit risk experience within leverage finance • Exposure to Structured Finance, Media / Telecoms , Commercial Real Estate preferred • Excellent experience of corporate credit, documentation issues and capital markets products • Ability to analyze transactions with a variety of products and structures including new products • Management experience • Formal credit training • Excellent verbal presentation skills • Clear and succinct writing skills • Bachelor’s degree. Masters preferred"
