View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/nR9avQ Job Description: Responsibilities: • Work directly with senior management to understand business needs and develop solutions • Design, architect, and implement an MS Access database to report key performance metrics on over $6 billion of construction equipment • Coordinate with software developers and requirements writers to migrate Access database to a production MS SQL database with a web-based reporting platform • Test and manage ongoing adjustments to database reporting logic • Coordinate with client personnel to develop reporting for new clients • Mentor other Analysts and manage the development of their data modeling skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required Work Experience: 3-5+ years in data modeling/analysis. Experience designing and developing complex databases to perform business analytics on large datasets Skills: Strong analytic, problem solving, modeling and presentation skills Expert in Access and Excel, proficient in MS SQL Strong knowledge of database theory Strong interpersonal skills, customer service oriented, superior verbal & written communications skills and an attention to detail"
