As part of a strategic growth plan they are looking to add high potential talent to the businesses innovation team to drive growth across the UK, mainland Europe and emerging international markets. Working in partnership with the Director of Innovation you will partner with retail clients to develop consumer insight and ultimately managing the innovation process from ideation through to concept generation and testing to branding and roll-out. A true cradle to grave innovation role involving significant stakeholder management of internal, external and industry audiences. The ideal candidate should be a confident result oriented leader, with 8-10 years experience within the FMCG sector working across international markets and a minimum of 3 years experience leading large scale innovation projects as well as significant brand management experience.
