View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/lyX8zj Job Description: The pension consulting practice in Atlanta is looking to expand our staff by offering a temporary part-time position. Our offices are conveniently located just inside the perimeter junction of I-75 & I-285 on the north west side of town. We work as a team consisting of consultants, administrators, junior administrators, record keepers and administrative assistants. We provide complete service of retirement plans including non-discrimination testing, comparability testing, IRS forms, contribution and earning allocations, loans, distributions and review of plan documents. Responsibilities: As a temporary part-time employee, you will be responsible for the management of assigned pension plans, including but not limited to the following tasks: - The preparation of financial accounting balance sheets and income statements, including the cash and accrual reconciliation of the recordkeeping system; - Exposure to government requirements for retirement plans. - Preparation of government forms; - Update software pursuant to client specifications. - Responsible for sequential work flow completion; - Keeping Consultants apprised of any plan activities or problems as needed; - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Advanced Word and Excel skills are a MUST; - Strong math and problem solving, accounting and programming skills; - Requires excellent organizational, analytical, project management, and written/oral communications skills; - Attention to detail; - Exceptional client service and communication skills; - Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure is also required; Must have consistent and reliable performance and attendance; - The ability to work independently and focus on excellent results."
