This executive will identify, analyze and document the business commercial needs and present these to top management in a thorough but concise format. Further, the VP of Strategy will cultivate relationships in the identified target markets and industries and will actively participate in corporate acquisition/investment opportunity reviews. This highly visible role offers the successful candidate exceptional career advancement in an outstanding growth organization. Qualifications: -A successful career track including three or more years in general management roles with World Class, global manufacturing businesses coupled with a minimum of five years strategic business development experience from industry or premier strategy consulting firms. -Experience in the high tech industries would be a plus. -Proven ability to source and screen appropriate acquisition opportunities and to lead the related business and market due diligence process. -Demonstrated ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations with the ability to influence others and articulate new growth philosophies. -Experienced in buy and sell side banking and deal making. -An undergraduate degree plus an MBA or other advanced degree from a top-tier university highly desirable.
