The bank is committed to success and you will have the opportunity to help guide the team’s growth. Many leads provided by branch network. Description • Will be the sales leader for Northern VA, DC, and Maryland marketplace • Will be provided leads and be expected to grow a book of business • Evaluate quality of the deals according to bank policies • Communicates with customers, attorneys, internal staff, escrow, title companies, etc., to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and issues and to obtain all necessary documentation required for the file. • Improve the credit quality of the portfolio • Build referral network from branches, marketing, community involvement, etc. The ideal candidate will: • Five plus years SBA sales experience • Knowledge of SBA loan processing, documentation, closing procedures, underwriting requirements, governmental agency requirements and terminology • Knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes • Knowledge of escrow, title, UCC, DMV and lender due diligence/verification processes • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced, high production, professional environment • Leadership skills are desired • Strong organizational skills • Good verbal and written communication skills Please email your resume to: mark@castlestream.com Mark Abrams Senior Banking Recruiter Castlestream Recruiting Virginia, DC Metro, Maryland Office: (703) 635-7530"
