View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/pHUNsE Job Description: • Researching and analyzing companies, industries, historical financial statements and prospective financial information • Building financial models, performing valuation analysis • Understanding capital markets trends, assessing a company's viability and financing alternatives in consideration of its strategic and financial objectives • Identifying appropriate strategic and financial buyers and sellers • Assisting in managing and executing due diligence, drafting proposal materials and transaction confidential information memos and presentations • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and anticipating and quickly responding to the issues that emerge when supporting a business in transition Qualifications: • Prior relevant work experience (1-5 years) in corporate finance (including investment banking, corporate development, or private equity); preferably in M&A • Demonstrated commitment to promoting integrity, leadership, and objectivity • Team player who can excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis • Financial modeling experience and solid understanding of financial statements • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both oral and written • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Willingness to travel as required by transactions"
