Job Description: - Lead a highly skilled team of engineers which is providing 2nd level support for operations & maintenance of the IN platforms - Ensure maintenance of IN platforms and its allied equipment e.g. ChirssXpress, VoMS etc. - Handle emergencies in the prepaid network and rollout of new features. - Frequently interact with suppliers and internal stake holders for assigned projects and routine operations. The ideal candidate should: - Hold MS/BS Computer science or BE/MSc Electrical Engineering from a leading institute. - 5-6 years of hands-on experience on the IN platforms. - 2-3 years of experience in project management of IN projects.
