View company name and apply directly at: http://bit.ly/rcD8Q2 Job Description: • Develop operating and financial models for new business opportunities • Manage financial analysis and valuation components of M&A transactions • Perform ad-hoc business analysis to support potential strategic alliances, partnerships and other non-M&A deals • Research, prioritize and help evaluate new business opportunities • Assist in presentation writing for new opportunities, budgets and LRPs • Assist in implementation of approved new business opportunities • Help identify and implement processes, systems and support which improve on-going business operations Qualifications: • BA/BS degree from top university/college • Preferably two years experience in investment banking or consulting (one or more years experience in a media-related company is a plus) • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis (developing financial models, analyzing financial statements, etc.) • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Strong interpersonal capabilities • Strong project management skills"
