Principal Functions The Sourcing Manager will lead Supply Chain capital equipment strategic sourcing initiatives, which includes negotiation of new agreements and implementation/management of existing long term global alliance agreements. The Sourcing Manager will work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify solutions that support operational requirements while reducing Total Cost of Ownership. Emphasis will be placed on identifying opportunities and mitigating risk around company's growth strategy. EDUCATION NEEDED * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management (Required) * MBA in Business, Finance, or related field (Preferred) * Supply Chain or Procurement Certification Preferred (C.P.M., C.P.S.M, CIRM, CPIM) EXPERIENCE NEEDED * About 5 to 10 years professional experience in procurement, engineering, or supply chain management * Experience in mining or other heavy industry is preferred * Experience in negotiating and managing large contracts BOTTOM LINE (1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management (MBA Preferred).
