This type of project is very strategic and consultative and our first phase deliverable will be a comprehensive communication plan that focuses on both process and technology. That communication plan is still being defined and will take shape as we craft it. Duration: 4-5 months Sr. Project Manager: • Managing every aspect of project, including providing overall guidance and direction for the project as well as day-to-day management • Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly-defined points of the process to ensure that tasks and deliverables are completed on time, within budget. Balancing scope, the schedule, budget, quality, and risks • Communicate daily with the client to handle day-to-day tasks • Ensuring that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members • Representing the project team at client meetings • Manage weekly status meetings, both internal with us and external with the client"
