ATG 2007.1 commerce server, ATG product suite, especially BCC - Experience in hands-on ecommerce operations support work. (Overnight feed deployments, time critical content deployment, managing tickets with vendors, data analysis, design analysis, solution driven approach) - Good communication skills for interfacing with business users. - Experience in working in a fast paces environment, with demanding users, eye for detail and off hours support need.
