Preferably from Techno-Commercial background. Preferred experience in FMCG/IT/Durable/Telecom industry. Experience of DMS implementation with IT Management role. Exposure of ERP systems .i.e. SAP, Tally, Busy, FCA etc. Exposure of handling database through some database management tool. Microsoft Office 2007 with expertise in Excel/Power Point/Word. Good communication skills proficiency in Hindi/English. Computer operational qualifications. Would interlock with SDS & DMS team, essentially focusing on central data management / improvement. To ensure entire backend data is correct for Dealers / RDSs / NDs / Sales team with proper hierarchy. To setup systems and processes for quick and accurate Updation of data, when there are changes in field. To lead a team of 2-3 outsourced executives and guide them in their day to day work.
