Matthew Warren posted a job: Service Level Manager - Banking - Saudi Arabia - Excellent Rates "I am looking for a service level manager in the the banking sector with the following skills: • Have full responsibility for developing and maintaining the IT Service Catalog • Work with teams across organization to identify and deliver process improvements, optimization and automation. • Champion simplification and cost reductions through optimization & automation • Conduct review sessions with the management team to gather, validate and prioritize potential high volume recurring transactions and additional non transactional opportunities to improve cost-effectiveness. • Develop, prioritize, ratify and implement optimization and automation strategies that will increase efficiency throughout the IT infrastructures and reduce the quantity and duration of transaction and non-transactional activities. • Take a leadership role in generating detailed business cases and project plans to ensure smooth progression and completion of initiatives.
