Put your sales and credit skills to work at a solid community bank with a storied past and strong future. You will be active in the local community while receiving leads from the local branches. Must have commercial experience with credits of between $30,000 to $500,000. Will be responsible for: • Managing a portfolio of business clients and is accountable for net client growth, risk management effectiveness, customer service and profitability. Develop and manage customer relationships to include all types of business banking and deposit products and services. • Analyze credit and financial information for customers. Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and ensure applicable lending policies and procedures are followed. Responsible for adherence to applicable compliance regulations and for credit quality of individual portfolio. • Performs and documents complete interview with customers while obtaining and providing all required documentation as required for approval by bank policies. Complete loan process through closing by working with established processes and standard rates as outlined by the bank. • Proactively market clients and prospects; represent Business Banking in the local and business communities; and develop a network of referral sources. Participate with business development activities and customer call program.
