The firm is an SEC-registered investment adviser that manages hedge funds and managed accounts. The candidate must be intellectual, ambitious, proactive, discrete and ethical, and must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. They are looking for someone with 3-5 years of compliance or related experience. Responsibilities: Monitor electronic communication for violations of compliance policies and procedures Monitor information barrier and insider trading-related matters, including wall crossings and restricted lists Monitor for reportable positions and position limits, and oversee preparation of regulatory position filings Monitor firm trading for deviations from policies, including policies on principal and cross trades and trade allocation Participate in best execution committee meetings Answer employee questions concerning the firm's compliance policies and procedures Analyze and document trading errors Conduct reviews of personal trading account statements Assist in conducting internal reviews to test compliance policies and procedures Assist in the development and updates of surveillance routines and reports To apply please submit your resume to Info@compliancesearch.com"
