Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Treasury Associate (Funds Transfer Specialist) Shani Ben Shoham posted a job: Treasury Associate (Funds Transfer Specialist) "Primary responsibilities includes (not limited to): • Inputting wire details into multiple banking systems • Researching bank codes, bank addresses, bank wire capability • Checking for registered firms • Contacting banks for wire amendments, bounce backs and traces • Contacting clients for additional banking info or clarify their instructions • Perform and follow up on problematic payments of all types • Performing daily payment reconciliations • Generating wire confirmations upon request • Processing credit card refunds and ACH credits • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Must be eligible to work in Israel • 1-2 years of experience in a banking environment a plus. • Fluent in English (written and verbal). • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook/Excel • Internet savvy with the ability to navigate Web for research purposes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superior customer service skills • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment • Ability to adapt to changes with minimal interference • Self starter able to work with minimal supervision • Able to maintain confidentiality • Team player Hours: 40 hours per week – Shift to be determined. Salary: During the first three months you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 5,500. After which you will be paid a monthly global salary of NIS 6,675 plus potential for quarterly bonuses.
