Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: << HR Manager Position >> US-based company with a plant in China-Jiaxing Michelle Lim-Yan posted a job: << HR Manager Position >> US-based company with a plant in China-Jiaxing "Essential Job Functions:  Work with managers to identify needs for new team members; initiate candidate searches; and hire.  Work with managers to coordinate terminations, promotions, raises and disciplinary measures.  Ensure all team members are adequately trained and competencies are track appropriately in Visual Quality.  Develop, improve and administer all team member policies as prescribed in the Company’s Team Member Handbook.  Insure all team members receive regular reviews with their supervisor with development activities clearly defined and scheduled for each team member.  Work with the Production Manager to develop and implement the plant safety program including all formal training, practices & procedures.  Insure that Company complies with all federal, provincial, and local government mandates regarding employed personnel.  Conduct the annual team member survey and establish mechanisms for team member feedback.  Model ethical and moral behavior consistent with the values and ideals of Corporate HQ Minimum Requirements  College or university degree in business or industrial relations  3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management  Outstanding organizational skills Skills  Ability to read, write and speak English and Mandarin fluently.  Ability to use information systems including Microsoft products and Windows-based business operating systems.  Ability to listen and empathetically understand team member concerns and provide feedback to management.
