"Are you a credit analyst or portfolio manager with credit skills who wants to work with the loan portfolio from behind the scenes? Are you analytical and able to assess a lending portfolio for credit worthiness? Do you want to use your knowledge of lending and credit to support the health of the overall loan portfolio of a large community bank? As the Loan Portfolio Analyst (LPA) you will be a member of a team responsible for the management of a loan portfolio that is currently over $1.6 Billion. As a member of this Team your responsibilities include: • Allowance for Loan & Lease Losses (ALLL) -- Understanding the components and methodology for the ALLL. • Reporting of your data to all appropriate people in management, governing agencies and outside companies. • Reports for compliance to FDIC and State regulations and guidances, such as Commercial Real Estate (CRE) concentrations, Supervisory Real Estate L-T-V guidelines, TDR's, Restructured loans, etc. • Loan Accounting -- Reports for external Accounting firm and Corporate Accounting department to satisfy loan data for quarterly financial reporting and completion of the 10Q and 10K reports. • Loan Portfolio Stress Testing and Migration analysis. Minimum qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent experience • At least 3-5 years of lending, credit analysis, or financial analysis in a banking/lending environment • Solid bank lending/credit training and experience • Experience with database and report writing packages such as MS Access, SAS and/or Crystal Reports. • MUST be legally able to work in the US without sponsorship and currently be residing in the US.
