Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Manager Internal Audit Muhammad Aly posted a job: Manager Internal Audit "We are looking for candidates for the Manager Internal Audit position at a large Fertilizer Company Position: Manager Internal Audit Location: Lahore Sector: Fertilizer Company type: Large Fertilizer Company Salary: 200K to 250K plus 1300 cc car.and fuel Essential Requirements: -- Chartered Accountant (preferred) -- OR ACCA OR Cost and Management Accountant -- Recent experience of fertilizer industry (preferred) -- OR process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG) -- About 5 years or more (post-qualification) work experience Main Purpose of the Job: This position is required to carry out an independent internal audit of different functions and mitigate Company’s financial risks. This position is also expected to add value by acting as a facilitator in business risk management and carrying out value for money reviews, thereby assisting the management and the Board in the effective discharge of their responsibilities. Responsibilities: -- Plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs. -- Review quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements of the Company. -- Review the Company Policies, Procedures & Controls and highlight weak areas. -- Monitor compliance with the best practices of Corporate Governance and identification of significant violations thereof. -- Ensure coordination between the internal and external audit functions of the Company. -- Consider any negative remarks by QCR committee of ICAP regarding the quality of work performed by the external audit firm. -- Ensure timely submission of various forms & returns to SECP, KSE including quarterly accounts and annual accounts. -- Conduct the routine Internal Audit as well as Special Internal Audit assignments as per audit plan for various functions of the Company. Experience Required: -- Must have at least 5 years of experience in reputable company preferably in manufacturing industry.
