Construction Superintendent: Must have extensive and recent ground up Retail and/or Hotel experience. Preferably both with office experience. 2. Field (Site) Superintendent: Supervise clearing of land, earthwork, site improvements, proper layout (surveying), building lay-out, etc. Oversee and Coordinate on site construction activities. Assist in selection of contractors. Examine underground aspects in layout. QA/QC.
