Key accountabilities Supply Function & Reporting: Imports Function: CWH Management: Inventory Management: SCOT Management: Distribution, Commercial & MIS Function: MIS Analysis: Preparation of various reports for management: 1. All India Sales Consolidation report product wise/city wise 2. Monthly Stock N Sales Report. 3. All India Inventory Report. 4. Short expiry products report. 5. Freight Analysis Report. 6. Import Status. Customs –Indirect Taxation Function: 1. Verification of advance customs duties to be paid for the import shipments Sea Shipments: Regulatory Function SAP Support: Co-ordination with Accounts Department Candidates requirement :- Context of the job/major challenges • Monitoring of import plan & imports as per sales forecast to avoid stock out position. • Calculation of appropriate custom duties under the law to avoid penalties & legal implications. Change in government policies governing import/export of goods & tariff levied on imports. Dimensions/Scope Requirements Education/experience Post-Graduate qualification in Management 6-7Years of experience in logistics & distribution/commercial function.
