Commissions Functional Analyst in Bellevue, WA Position:  Commissions Functional Analyst Location: Bellevue, WA Contract: 5 Months     Job Description:     Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications. Utilize development experience and knowledge of SQL and RDMS, to create technical specifications, with deliverables that include pseudo code and test cases. Facilitate and lead reviews (walkthroughs) of technical specifications with other members of the technical team communicating design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to business and development team.
