Education: Ph.D. in life science / Virology or MD Pathologist Scope of responsibilities: Manufacturing operations, Quality management and regulatory affairs Manufacturing: To establish globally accepted manufacturing standards and techniques in various segments of diagnostics like: immunology, biochemistry, histopathology, immuno hematology, microbiology, serology, recombinant proteins, etc. To scout for continuous improvement with respect to upcoming techniques in the field of manufacturing. To implement recommended process control standards/ set up process optimization. To fulfill manufacturing requirements raised by clients of contract manufacturing services provided by the Company To work closely with R&D to fulfill business requirements in a time bound manner. Quality: To establish globally accepted /recommended quality control and quality assurance standards. To put in place mechanism for continuous product evaluations and feedback for improvement To establish mechanism for setting up quality standards to comply with country specific regulatory requirements. General: To set up knowledge management process for manufacturing and QA employees for continuous knowledge upgradations. To keep updating own knowledgebase on upcoming techniques in field of Quality and Manufacturing Expats or Indians overseas may apply. International experience is a must.
