Boot start delivery process Be responsible for Service Delivery Models, Cost Optimization, Schedule and Quality of deliverables Be a single face for the Program – internally and externally Oversee delivery on time and with expected quality Manage services and teams and ensuring planning and governing necessary milestones, SLAs and KPIs Interface with internal management team to build and carry the business vision Key Skill sets Strong management and organizational skills with the capability to effectively lead, assess needs, identify problems, resources movement and control.
