We need to fill 3 Oracle Developer positions and 2 J2EE positions. Below are the skill sets All the resources need to come with strong Java [emphasis is more on the UI development with thread controls [JSP, JSM, J2EE] and shell scripting preferably with Oracle 10G capabilities (on AIX V5./6.1). Perl, Python knowledge will be a plus. They expect self-starters who can communicate well In addition the onsite resources would be involved in requirement analysis for each of the track – so should be relatively senior people with ability to elicit/Analyze requirements. We have asked if we could try and split the team between Java and Oracle – their response was to send them profiles with Pure Oracle skill set as well if we do not get Java +Oracle combination and they will take a call on possibly going down the route of pure Oracle route. They are moving from Oracle 9i to 10G and expect the resources to be able to pro-active review code and show failure areas upfront. Oracle skills: Strong SQL & PL/SQL Development skills on Oracle 9i and Oracle 10G platforms.
