Bre Jones, Esq posted a job: Private Client Services Planner (Chalfant, PA) "Private Client Services Planner The individual will develop, plan and administer programs and customized Private Arrangements and Concierge Services as directed. FUNCTIONS: Anticipate client needs and have solutions ready before the client requests it Provide best in class customer service that exceeds client’s high expectations Develop relationships with key clients to improve the service level Develop new clients based on referrals from existing clients and leads from other consultants On call outside of normal work hours to provide for urgent client needs Work with team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients Develop and plan suitable custom-made excursions, hotel arrangements, experiences and concierge services Communicate company’s operating standards to suppliers appointed to specific arrangements Coordinate with suppliers all relevant logistic elements, including tour descriptions, tour timings and duration, including sites visited, food and beverage components, and activity levels Prepare master documents for the client Confirm tour descriptions, timings and costs with operators in a timely manner Prepare complete and correct documents in a timely manner for inclusion in preliminary documents Develop and prepare Private Arrangement menus in a timely manner Handle and finalize Concierge service requests for each program Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of the program Log and administer deposits, reconcile supplier invoices and generate payment requests Assist in the travel arrangement proposal handling process, as requested Maintain files relevant to your work Update client travel log with new reservations air, hotel and events Researching destination information, hotels, and events for the next month highlighted destination for the PCS website Maintaining and creating profiles in Client Base Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and good typing and math skills • Must be a strong Team Player • Must have good knowledge of worldwide destinations • Must be deadline-oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure • Must have excellent customer service skills • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and know how to prioritize • Proven track record of superior customer service • Reputation for working in a team environment • Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices within the travel industry • Experienced in meeting customer needs on a global basis, including addressing the potential pitfalls of the numerous issues that arise • High emotional IQ to understand customer needs and concerns • Extraordinary attention to detail and first hand destination knowledge of multiple key locations EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Four year college degree required or equivalent experience • Minimum 10 years work experience in related fields with experience in VIP travel arrangements • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Client Base If qualified and interested, please send a resume and letter of interest to bre.anderson@frosch.com." |
