Internal Audit Manager Technical Competencies •A Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Econometrics. A post graduate degree will be an added advantage •A professional qualification of CPA (K), ACCA, ICAEW and ACA •Possession of CISA, CIA, IIA, CFE will be an added advantage •Audit engagements contract preparation and review skills with proven experience. •Good computer knowledge, especially in an ERP environment and reporting tools. •A professional manner that will reflect positively on internal audit at the various operating companies. •General knowledge of internal control concepts and good knowledge of the business on the field. Management Competence oStrong planner, creative thinking, communication and influencing skills. oHave a good understanding of the use and application of IT and thorough knowledge of related control and security standards. oAbility to manage people, work independently or in a team environment and build relationships with cross-functional teams. 2. Plant Controller EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION: oBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field from an accredited college oMaster’s degree in related management field is an added advantage. o3-5 years experience in Accountancy or Performance Management related activities.
