A Consulting Manager should be comfortable at: • To manage assigned project with full responsibility • To manage the schedule and resources in the project, structure the full scope of the project and guide the team throughout all phases of the project • To develop complete and client ready proposals with full ownership, develop practice documents, and to co-lead practices • To monitor the performance of team members, and ensure quality and on-time Project deliverables • To provide timely and useful feedback to team members as well as to prepare development plans for them, monitor and report their progress to HR • To determine potential opportunities with current clients, do scoping and prepare business proposals • To follow trends and opportunities in the market, generate leads, scope and prepare business proposals in relation to these newly developed opportunities • To contribute to the responsibility of meeting country or practice specific yearly company targets • To represent the company in various business platforms, conferences, media and other Public Arenas through speech and/ or white papers, publications Requirements • An undergraduate degree from a globally reputable university in business, economics, engineering or a related field with an outstanding academic recordmarked by strong analytical skills and a record of achieving results. MBA and/or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus. • 8 - 10 years of working experience on Telecommunications with in-depth knowledge of the Telecom Market in a well known or highly competitive consulting company. • Experience and skills on working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in organizing, translating, and presenting complex qualitative and quantitative information. • Strong analytical and technical skills and the demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. • Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members at all levels. • CVM Experience (Customer Value Management) • Experience in; Segment Marketing, Direct Marketing, Tele Sales, Call Center, Database Management, Customer Retention, Customer Marketing, Campaign Management, Offer Design, Campaign Design and Consultancy; • Analytic profile experience in: Retention, Prepaid, Pricing, Campaign Design, Offer Design, Digital Service Development experience and Value Added Services are the assets for the role. Location,terms&package Duty stations : Dubai,Riyadh Permanent employment Start date : 1-2 months 160-180.000 USD/year negotiable both ways for the right candidate plus top expat package" |
