The IT Support Specialist will work 10am-2pm five days per week. This role reports directly to the IT Director. The successful candidate for this role will have: • A well rounded knowledge of Information Technology • Proven skills and experience in problem solving & prioritising is essential to this role • Hardware setup and support • Software installation and maintenance • Network connectivity and maintenance • Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (XP & 7) & Windows Server Operating Systems (2003/2008) • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 2007 to Office 2010). • Ability to work on your own is essential Additional skills that would be helpful: • Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003 • Experience with SharePoint and VMware • Technical/Computer Science Degree or equivalent To Apply: E-mail your resume and to hr@pulselearning.com.
