Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Position: Sustainability Systems and Reporting Manager - Global Food Company (Based in corporate HQ, Vevey – Switzerland) contact me at pkohan@solutasks.org Top Talent Group (Executive Headhunters) posted a job: Position: Sustainability Systems and Reporting Manager - Global Food Company (Based in corporate HQ, Vevey – Switzerland) contact me at pkohan@solutasks.org "Position: Sustainability Systems and Reporting Manager (Based in corporate HQ, Vevey – Switzerland) (Executive Salary Package) In this function you will: - Manage Safety, Health and Environmental Sustainability (SHE) data systems throughout the company, in particular the consolidation from sites to Group level, and ensure highest data quality. - Provide data (figures & context) and value-added analyses to drive performance improvement and for external reporting (such as Creating Shared Value Report, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, CDP etc). - Monitor and contribute actively to the development of sustainability measurement and reporting standards (such as GRI, Integrated Reporting Council) and provide guidance to other corporate functions. - Lead the development of Group-wide sustainability accounting and reporting guidelines, and provide guidance and interpretation. - Lead functional definition, development and implementation of new sustainability systems (organization and IT tools) and define future system requirements, in particular regarding brand and product-related data and considering life cycle data from value chain partners. - Coordinate company internal communication on SHE, and guide and support external communication. Required Profile: - Proven experience with management of sustainability measurement and reporting systems - Experience with operational SHE reporting - Good understanding of Business Processes and of other Corporate functions (i.e.: Finance, HR, Corporate Governance & Communications, IT). - Demonstrated leadership capability in an operational environment. - Sustainability consulting experience - Sound knowledge of sustainability standards and their implementation in complex organizations - Excellent communication skills in written & oral English.
