Request Performance testing team to plan and schedule tests as per the finalized scope • Monitor systems during performance test executions for potential performance issue, configuration or tuning issues and work with environment support, developers, database engineers to fix them • Analyze the performance testing result and recommend performance improvements. • work closely with developers, database and env support resource to important improvements • Request retests by performance testing teams to validate improvements EXPERTISE • Strong experience working with Java/J2ee applications. Excellent understating on performance issues in Java/J2ee based architecture. Telecom background, experience working with Tier1 Telco and specializes in OSS-BSS products and solutions. • Very good understating on Non functional requirements, hands on experience in gathering NFRs/Performance specifications for medium to complex systems • Good understating on monitoring tools such as Wily Introscope, BMC, etc, experience in analyzing monitoring reports , should come up with predictive performance analysis • Understand the Performance engineering methodologies and Best practices. • Understand and have experience in Defect Management tools like QC , Application support/PR Tools like BMC Remedy. • Understand the application development methodologies and Best practices IT Jobs in US for (US & Canadian passport holders only).
