Understand workflow, policy and procedure changes related to the software implementation and incorporate Understand the Enterprise configuration and the changes that are needed to adapt to the current workflow – ie: Lab label management Medication administration Orders verification Maintain documentation for both current & future workflow Work with the testing analysts to develop use cases for testing Provide coaching pre implementation and during activations Complete assigned work plan tasks within the scheduled timeframe Provide on-site support during activations.
