Post Resume -Get Paid by Employers at Resumark .com Subject: Project Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH Olga Yavtushenko posted a job: Project Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH "Essential Job Functions: • If you are interested please send your resumes to olgay@teamrecruiting.com! • • Follow a schedule of up to 10 site migrations per month • Develop and manage site level rollout schedule • Refine site remediation process (Communications, Release Documentation, Training, Reporting, PC Upgrade, Refresh or OS Upgrade, Support, Metrics/Measures) • Train additional project coordinators on developed processes • Identify and follow up on hardware to be replaced and/or upgraded • Identify applications and drive them through Application Governance process • Identify IE 8 application compatibility issues and get the application introduced into the browser governance committee • Escalate application incompatibilities to Project Manager so we can develop safety net alternative • Ensure that site server (ITMS package server) at each site is upgraded and staged with site’s applications based on need • Assist site with Windows 7 migration (up to 50% travel may apply) • Maintain site migration statistical metrics • Maintain Risk and Issue list for each site • Produce Gap Report on XP Exposure for each site • Survey Site user base for continual improvement • Escalate and report any significant issues to Project Manager Ideal Qualifications: The ideal candidates should possess: • Proven problem solving and organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization. • Ability to travel as needed • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Experience with MS Project and Visio • Experience with Windows 7 and IE 8 • Experience with Symantec ITMS • Experience with large-scale desktop rollouts"
