Understands and adheres to configuration change control standards. Leads other developers and analysts in evaluating, troubleshooting and diagnosing accounting/finance systems issues Defining AX enhancement requirements for reports and business processes/forms etc... that a developer can use for AX enhancements.  Facility with SSRS/SSAS and AX Reports Testing enhancements for customer acceptance and accuracy Documenting “AS IS” and “TO BE” best business processes Identify gaps, identify work a rounds, lead the business with script development Communicating issues and project tasks with appropriate personnel     Skill Requirements: Analysis and Problem Solving Skills Action Oriented Exceptional Communicator Multi-tasks Self-Motivated   Knowledge Requirements: Dynamics AX 2009 or higher MS Office (Access & Excel) Visual Studio MS SQL Server MS Analysis Services     Education/Training Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science  or related field, or equivalent experience Dynamics AX certification in the order management, procurement, planning, inventory management or retail a plus Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals     Professional Experience 4+ years IT experience supporting corporate accounting or finance  3+ years Dynamics AX experience or later 2+ years SQL Server experience 2+ years experience working Dynamics AX Retail or LS Retail Retail industry experience preferred   Key Accountabilities Provides application support for Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail platform Primary resource for IT tasks related to Retail & Supply Chain processes Assists with User Support as needed         Personal Characteristics Acts with Honesty and Integrity Strong fit with organizational culture   Physical Requirements Sitting for up to 8+ hours Walking for up to 8+ hours Standing occasionally Talking frequently Hearing frequently Usage of hands and fingers Reaching with hands and arms           http://bull.hn/l/LY28/"
