The NOC manager coordinates incidents, change management and communication with internal and external entities. This role requires a highly experienced Operations manager with strong commercial, procedural and management acumen. Previous proven experience of managing a NOC for a major online business and experience with ITIL is required. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: • Be the first point of contact for all availability problems & incidents (Incident Manager); • Conduct a post incident analysis after any network incident, loss of service and generate necessary incident reports; • Manage and be responsible for 24 x 7 shift teams that have responsibility for all incidents raised against the network elements, infrastructure and services; • Ensure that network availability and performance are kept to a maximum by reducing the duration and impact of all service interruptions; • Ensure that service/network incidents are effectively managed, resolved and communicated within SLA; • Excellent Knowledge of network topologies, infrastructure, technologies, applications, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics; • Maintain internal and external monitoring systems; • Implement training program to improve knowledge within the NOC team. The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Manager will be the first point of contact for all availability problems and incidents; will be dealing with customers, vendors, engineers and the whole technical team. To be considered for this NOC Manager role you must have hands-on experience in the field with strong commercial, procedural and management acumen. You must have excellent knowledge of network topologies, infrastructure, technologies, applications, traffic handling capabilities and traffic characteristics. Mandatory: Igaming experience.
